Austin Dillon is an American NASCAR Cup Series driver competing for Richard Childress Racing in the No. 3 Chevrolet. The grandson of team owner Richard Childress, he made his Cup Series debut in 2012 and joined the Cup field full-time in 2014 driving the iconic No. 3 made famous by Dale Earnhardt. Dillon won the 2018 Daytona 500 and the 2017 Coca-Cola 600, two of NASCAR's crown jewel events. Before reaching Cup he won championships in both the NASCAR Truck Series (2011) and Xfinity Series (2013). His brother Ty Dillon also competes in the Cup Series.
