Cole Custer is an American NASCAR Cup Series driver competing for Haas Factory Team in the No. 41 Ford. The son of former NASCAR executive and team owner Joe Custer, he made his Cup Series debut in 2017 with Stewart-Haas Racing and joined the Cup field full-time in 2020, winning at Kentucky as a rookie. Custer competed full-time in Cup through 2022 before returning to the Xfinity Series, where he won the 2023 Xfinity championship with Stewart-Haas Racing. He returned to full-time Cup competition in 2025 with the rebranded Haas Factory Team.
