Erik Jones is an American NASCAR Cup Series driver competing for Legacy Motor Club in the No. 43 Toyota. He made his Cup Series debut in 2015 with Joe Gibbs Racing as a substitute driver and joined the Cup field full-time in 2017 with Furniture Row Racing, earning Cup Series Rookie of the Year honors. Jones moved back to JGR for 2018 before joining Richard Petty Motorsports — now Legacy Motor Club — for the 2021 season. He has earned Cup victories at Daytona, Darlington, and other major venues. Jones came up through Late Model competition in Michigan as a teenage prodigy before reaching Cup.
